About the item:
Built as the Oracle Motel by Mr. and Mrs. Luther R. Campbell, the original Art Deco monument sign was lost by the late mid-twentieth century when the property was renamed the “Tiki Motel.” The Polynesian-inspired sign was designed and constructed by Zeon Electrical Products Company in 1963.”-quoted by @preservetucson
