About the Item:
The No-Tel Motel was the De Anza Motel, built in 1940 as a Spanish revival-style drive-in motor court for tourists along the Miracle Mile strip on U.S. 80. The city bought the No-Tel Motel, with plans to change it first into a homeless shelter and soon into a cute affordable housing project for older adults. It will be christened with another new name: “Milagro on Oracle.”
